If a guide isn't right for you, here is how to get your money back.
Where to find your terms
Each guide's refund terms are shown on its page and again at checkout, before you pay. If the terms shown at checkout for your order differ from this page, the checkout terms apply to that order.
The 7-day money-back guarantee
Every kit that is available now carries a 7-day money-back guarantee:
If you ask within 7 days of your purchase, you get a full refund.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase.
Send it from, or include, the email address you used for the order, and tell us which kit you bought.
We confirm by email and refund the full amount to the payment method you used.
Once we process it, the time it takes to reach your account depends on your bank or card issuer. If you don't see it, email us and we will look into it.
Guides that aren't out yet
Joining a launch list or waitlist is free, so there is nothing to refund. When a new guide goes on sale, its refund terms will be shown on its page and at checkout.
